These Terms govern your use of the Sitemap Last-Modified Scanner (the “Service”) provided by Whizz People (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Service description

The Service queries public robots.txt and sitemap endpoints of a website and returns discovered URLs with reported last-modified timestamps. We also attempt HTTP HEAD requests to fetch Last-Modified headers where allowed.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.
• Respect target sites’ robots.txt and terms of use.
• No scraping beyond sitemap endpoints or abusive traffic patterns.
• No security testing, hacking, or interference with other services.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
